Shipping and Return Policy

ZogDog Barkery LLC delivers within the continental United States.

Each item is carefully packed for shipment via USPS and UPS Ground, and occasionally FED EX. We do not ship orders to a PO Box or to a military address.

Most in-stock items ship within 3 business days, delivered typically within 5 days.  Delivery dates are estimates only.

While most items ship from our warehouse, certain items will ship directly from the manufacturer and can take up to 2 weeks for delivery.

Shipping

Our flat rate charge is based on the total purchase, with a maximum charge of $10.95 to a single address.

Your Total Order Shipping Charge

Up to -   $20.00 = $  6.95
$20.01 - $40.00 = $  8.95
$40.01 - $60.00 = $10.95
$60.01 or more = FREE SHIPPING

If your cart total is over $60.00 your order ships for Free.

Items that are considered oversized by the carrier will be charged an additional shipping fee, which is noted on the product page as well as in the shopping cart.

Backordered Items

Product inventory is based on current inventory and is subject to availability. If a product is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified of the delay.

We will ship the in-stock portion of your order, and you will be notified again when the backordered item ships, typically within 2 weeks. The backordered item will ship at no extra charge.

Cancellation Policy

We require cancellation within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. If the order has shipped, you will be responsible, including shipping charges, for returning the merchandise for a refund.

Damaged Items

All items are inspected and carefully packed for shipment, however, in the rare instance that your order is damaged in shipment, please notify us within 10 days of receipt by clicking on the CONTACT US tab at the top of this page, or Email shop@zogdogbarkery.com. We will quickly arrange for the return and replacement or refund of your order, including shipping charges.

Exchange or Return

We pride ourselves on offering only top quality merchandise, however, we realize there are occasions where an exchange or return is necessary.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 30 days for a prompt and courteous refund.  Returns must be unused, in new condition with original tags.

You may exchange any item for a different size, color, etc. by returning the original purchase for refund, and placing a new order for the new item.

Please provide the following information:

  • Name
  • Order #
  • Date of Purchase
  • Item to be returned

You will receive an immediate reply with instructions. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless your return is the result of an incorrect shipment or if it is defective or damaged. A refund of merchandise will be issued.

Lost or Missing Shipment

If you have not received your order within 10 business days of the original purchase date, please notify us by clicking on the CONTACT US tab at the top of this page, or Email shop@zogdogbarkery.com. Please include your Order # and date of purchase. If your package is lost with no confirmation of delivery, we will immediately replace the order.

Nonreturnable Items

Vitamins & Supplements, Chews & Treats cannot be returned. Blankets and Beds are not returnable, as well as CLEARANCE merchandise that has been reduced to an "As-Is" sale price.

Packing Materials

As part of our efforts to minimize waste, we reuse and recycle packing and shipping materials.

Return to Sender

Please make sure that your shipping information is correct. If the order returns to us due to an incorrect address, a second shipping fee will be charged to resend your order to the correct address.

Tracking Info

Once the order ships, a Shipping Confirmation Email is sent to you (if available) with the order details to track your order.
